Data Processing Addendum

This Data Processing Addendum (DPA) supplements and forms part of the Terms and Conditions between you and AllOnboarding regarding data processing activities.

Scope

This DPA applies to all processing of personal data carried out by AllOnboarding on behalf of our customers in connection with our services.

Data Processing

AllOnboarding will:

• Process personal data only in accordance with your instructions
• Implement appropriate technical and organizational measures
• Ensure confidentiality of personal data
• Assist with data subject rights requests
• Notify you of any data breaches

Data Security

We maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or destruction.

Sub-processors

We may engage sub-processors to assist in providing our services. We ensure that all sub-processors are bound by similar data protection obligations.

Data Retention

We will retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.
